Me in the journal!!!

On November 13 I went to a field trip to the Jornal de Notícias in Porto. It was fun and I learned many new things, including how to make articles for the newspaper.

In the picture below you can see me and my colleague Patricia.
Me and  Patricia. We seem real reporters!

The project is called JN Media Lab and is a "space is technologically equipped to ensure effective access to enriching and interactive communication platforms".

Quoting the JN website : "The Media Lab project aims to foster a proactive relationship with the media, particularly the press. Bringing together a range of activities that lead to the creative act, this initiative aims to familiarize participants with the various tools of disseminating news, as well as raise awareness of the importance of information quality.
Taking the example of the Jornal de Notícias, learns to explore the functionality of a website, create a blog or use social networks. Through this exercise, everyone will understand how to structure a printed edition and online: the criterion for selection of news sections which make the paper, how important is the design of the pages. Through this exercise, they are still encouraged to follow the national and international reality, expanding the sense of the world."

I really enjoyed the experience, it was a very fun afternoon!
